Jemima Khan has cut links with The Crown – saying its portrayal of Princess Diana’s final years lacks respect. The 47-year-old, a close friend of Diana, had been helping the Netflix show’s creator Peter Morgan with scripts and was briefly in a relationship with him.
But Ms Khan has reportedly fallen out with Morgan and backed out of the project because the forthcoming series does not handle the princess’s story as ‘respectfully or compassionately’ as she had hoped.
