Jamie O'Hara claims Spurs already 'won transfer window' and first trophy in 15 years

Tottenham have "won the transfer window" - joking it's their first trophy in 15 years.Spurs have moved quickly in the market, securing free agents Fraser Forster and Ivan Perisic and signing Yves Bissouma from Brighton for £25million, which has been viewed as a particular coup by the north London club.There's still over two months left for Premier League clubs to complete their business, but O'Hara believes his former side have already got the best of the summer.
