James Corden was delighted to have lost one stone and a half overall on his weight loss journey. Admittedly the comedian said he had tried every diet in the world but he's finally found Weight Watchers has got him shedding the pounds.
The secrets to his success include combining exercise with changing the way the TV host eats forever. Gavin and Stacey star James said the notion of going on a diet and only temporarily making changes was where he had been going wrong all this time.
He said on The Zoe Ball Breakfast Show: "Oh it's more, I've lost more. I'm down like 23 pounds which I think is what, a stone and a half? "I'm doing a bit of exercise, this is my tip.
