James Bond and Harry Potter are playing a key role in Brits' staycation planning, according to new research. A study found that nearly five million Brits choose a UK holiday based on the filming locations of their favourite films - with 007 and the Boy Who Lived proving particular hits.
The research, done by Green Flag in partnership with The Luna Drive-In Cinema, unveiled the UK's top 10 locations which Brits are adding to the bucket list for both the area and its Hollywood credentials.
In fact, a fifth of Brits said that Glencoe, Scotland, was top of their list on places to visit. It's no surprise it's such a hit, considering the sweeping landscapes, rugged scenery and the impressive array of walks to be found.
