Jacqueline Jossa has given her fans advice on how to look after themselves online. The former EastEnders star, 28, told her 3.1 million Instagram followers to stop following influencers with "perfect bodies" and "perfect faces" if it makes them feel bad about themselves when they use Instagram.
Taking to her stories on Friday, Jacqueline said "Instagram isn't real" and urged her fans to only follow people who make them feel good.
