The Love Island 2018 star, 29, appeared at Sevenoaks Magistrates Court on Monday where he denied two charges of drug driving.
He had been stopped by police while driving his £30,000 Mercedes near his home in Swanley, Kent, in January. Fincham was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs and later charged with two counts of drug driving offences.
Fincham was seen arriving at the court with his stepdad Fraser McManus on Monday afternoon. The reality TV star was dressed in a black printed t-shirt with lightening bolts down the front, smart khaki trousers and a pair of black trainers.
