J.K. Rowling has good news for locked-down fans looking for a Dobby, er, hobby. The “Harry Potter” author announced Tuesday that she has finished a new children’s book that she’s been working on sporadically since 2007’s “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.” Called “The Ickabog,” the story is not a Potter continuation or spinoff, like “Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them” or “Quidditch Through the Ages,” but a separate tale Rowling used to read to her kids at bedtime. “Over time I came to think of [‘The Ickabog’] as just for my family,” she said on Twitter. “The manuscript went up into the attic, where it remained until a few weeks ago.” The author continued: “Over the last few weeks I’ve done a bit of rewriting and I’ve decided to
