ITV shut down Piers Morgan probe after 'bullying and harassment' claims

Piers Morgan will not face an investigation over claims of "bullying and harassment" after ITV reacted to an open letter.It was signed by more than 600 unhappy TV industry freelancers and figures who were angry with the presenter's behaviour.But TV bosses say they will not be taking the matter any further.

Many of those who put their name to the letter are angry at Piers' Twitter conduct in particular. But the network say that it does not monitor or control the Good Morning Britain host's social media accounts.
