I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! fans have called out Dean McCullough for lying to the show's hosts.The BBC Radio 1 presenter took on another Bushtucker trial alongside WAG Coleen Rooney on Sunday.

The challenge saw Dean sift through barrels of fish guts and animal parts for mechanic tools, while Coleen waited to unlock stars with the implements he found.

However, the mum-of-four was not alone - as she was covered in crickets, cockroaches, rats, mealworms, and other horrifying pests.Despite her ordeal, Coleen remained steely and focused.

Dean on the other hand shrieked hysterically as he was doused with more fish guts and sludge liquids while searching for tools, the Mirror reports.Ultimately the pair unlocked nine stars for the camp - a major improvement on the previous trials throughout the season.But any positivity surrounding the achievement was quickly tarnished when Ant and Dec congratulated Dean during the debrief.
