On Thursday (April 29), residents and local businesses had been told to evacuate their properties after police discovered 'some suspicious items' at a nearby address.
The discovery came after GMP were called to reports of concern for the welfare of a man making threats at around 11.55pm on Wednesday evening (April 28).
