Arran are closing down as a surge in cases hit the island.The Douglas Hotel announced this afternoon that two members of staff have tested positive for the virus and that the venue would be closing with immediate effect.The blow comes two days after Lagg Whisky revealed their visitor centre, cafe and bistro would shut down after a worker tested positive at the Kilmory facility on the south of the isle.The Isle of Arran Heritage Museum also announced yesterday that Cafe Rosaburn has been closed after a member of staff contracted COVID-19 but the museum itself remains open.T in the Garden, which was set to take place this Sunday in aid of RNLI Lifeboats, has also been axed as a wave of fresh cases sweep across the popular tourist.
