The stunning 15th century Ordsall Hall in Salford is a massive part of our region's history. Before the Victorian settlement of industry and commerce sprung up around it, Ordsall was the most imposing building in Salford.
Although what remains of the house dates back to the 1400s, the original foundations of the home date back to the 13th century, with most historians agreeing that the former Ordsall Hall was first established in the time of Henry III.
