Louise Redknapp's personal trainer, Bradley Simmonds has given the lowdown on her intense workout routines.Bradley, 27, is known for being the personal trainer of several celebrities and has since racked up an impressive 416,000 followers on Instagram after completing a series of live workouts.Now, he has opened up about what it's like working with former Eternal singer, Louise, 46, and just how Louise likes to maintain her famous figure.
Speaking to OK! Magazine, Bradley said: "She likes high-intensity sessions such as boxing, quick circuits, she doesn't necessarily like strength training when you are waiting around a lot so you have to adapt to your clients." He went on to add: "A workout with 40 seconds on and 20 seconds off, 30 seconds.
