The 42-year-old star and her fiance are staying in the high-end pad in Malaga as she recovers from surgery. He shared video of the spawling two-storey pad - and the luxury pool that they can enjoy when it's sunny.
By jetting back from Spain instead of Turkey, which is on the Red List, they won't have to quarantine in a hotel for 10 days.
Instead they will be allowed to stay at home - but they will have to stay in for 10 days and take two Covid tests. A source told The Sun: "Katie can avoid having to pay for a quarantine hotel if she returns to the UK from an amber list country - Spain - and quarantine at home.
