ANYONE who fancies living in one of the Grand Designs pads might just have a chance because one property featured on a 2005 episode is on the market.

The curvy seashell house from a 2005 episode of the popular Channel 4 show is on sale, and those with a spare £1.45 million could soon lay their hands on the keys.

The quirky four-bed property turned heads 17 years ago thanks to its pale pink exterior, unusual curves, and spiral staircase tower.

The digs were built by Pat Becker on land at the rear of her house in Shaldon, Devon, based on a design inspired by its seaside location.
