Paddy Connors, 36, and Tommy Sharpe, 29, died following a police chase through Salford on the evening of September 23, 2020.
The pair were travelling in a Mercedes C Class which crashed into two other cars in Frederick Road. Greater Manchester Police referred the incident to its Professional Standards Branch and the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) for investigation.
