These include being compared to the 'Nazis', and being accused of being 'in league with the devil'.NHS Grampian posted screenshots of the abuse on their social media accounts yesterday, as they urged members of the public to remember their staff are human beings too.
In one post, the health board are urged to "stop promoting lies" with the commenter adding: "When Nuremberg 2 comes along 'I was just following orders' won't wash."NHS Grampian shared the explicit images as part of a campaign to get patients to respect those who are treating them.
