As a growing number of businesses consider the ways in which they can improve their “green credentials”, a panel of experts debated the crucial steps both business owners and wider communities can take to tackle climate change.
One expert on the panel was Danielle King, designer and founder of Manchester-based clothing brand KIHT Collective. Launched in July 2020, the brand’s vision is to empower women whilst also setting the pace as a responsible and ethical business.
During the live debate on Monday, June 14, Danielle revealed she felt a responsibility to launch a sustainable, ethical business model after witnessing first-hand the impact the fashion industry has on global warming.
