Although the winter nights are creeping in, a Northern Quarter ice cream parlour is ‘transporting customers somewhere warm’ with flavours inspired by Asia.
Opening in May 2021, Lazy Sundae trades exclusively in frozen desserts, soufflé pancakes, Thai tea and Vietnamese iced coffee.
Inspired by travels in Bali, Thailand, Hong Kong and Malaysia to name a few, the menu offers a range of artisan ice creams with flavours including Peach Tea Sorbet, Honeydew Milk and Matcha tea.
You can even try some more unusual desserts including having ice cream served in a pineapple bao bun and their newest creations, Blueberry Biscoff soufflé pancakes and Hong Kong toast.
