In an exclusive chat with The Sun, the marketer, from Watford, opened up about all things that fans don't get to see on the programme.
As we already know, bakers are given a certain amount of time to complete each task - but they all have to use that very wisely because the cameras are always rolling.
Steven told The Sun: "It's like a tightly run ship. There can be no mistakes because you cannot stop filming." So when he accidentally cut his finger, he decided to keep it a secret and carry on as normal.
