A dad has put pen to paper to share his haunting memories of the Manchester Arena terror attack three years on. Steven Gilmore, 34, said he wanted to show others that it's okay to talk.
He admitted he tends to bottle things up - and 'shove it to the back of my head'. But Steven said he wanted to write down his experiences of the night - which he has shared with the Manchester Evening News - to help others.
