Your body your rules.“Make sure you have good heels, preferably leather to grip the pole. Know how to say no and seriously have confidence.”Pamela also wants to help get rid of the misconception that women who strip aren’t confident in themselves.In fact, Pamela says it is often the complete opposite to this.“Dancing has helped me gain all body confidence I could ever have.

Another misconception is that the dancers want the men that come into the clubs,” she explained.“We are not attracted to the customers, we are truly only there for work.
