For example, many of my friends think that waking up in the morning is getting more challenging because we are getting old or that if older people get hurt, it won't heal fast,” she said.“If you think that your body isn't affected by time, your body will really believe it and it will be able to delay the physical effects of ageing a little more.“This is one of the ways that I think you can live a younger life and feel younger."For her skincare, Msdongan uses products that help lock in moisture and she massages her face using silicone patches to prevent.
