A mum who adopted her sister's baby has hit back after being told to "return her" by her sibling. The anonymous parent posted a passionate post on Reddit, explaining how she adopted her sister's daughter after her sibling decided to give her up.
But years later, her sister has now asked her to give up her parental rights - and return the girl to her. Understandably, she doesn't want to give up her daughter, but her sibling doesn't understand. "I am infertile and knew I couldn't have kids so when my 18-year-old sister said she was giving her baby for adoption, I decided to be her mum," she wrote on Reddit.
