Collyhurst Village will provide a mixture of townhouses and apartments - including 100 homes for social rent - for families, young professionals and older residents.

It will include the three-acre New Collyhurst Village Park which will take the place of 29 properties on Thornton Street North, Johnny King Close, Anslow Close and Churnet Street.
