Hell's Kitchen fans will remember Michael. Tall, tattooed and a front-runner from week two, he fought hard to be awarded the top title by Gordon Ramsay in 2005. "For the first time I feel like I'm in control of my own future," Michael explained on the show, following his win. "I've proven myself to myself and that's important." Michael, much like the viewers at home, believed that his victory came with a $250,000 prize that would allow him to open his own restaurant.
