Hollyoaks Lizzie star talks dream storyline as character tackles drink spike horror

Hollyoaks star Lily Best has spoken about Lizzie Chen-Williams getting her drink spiked by villain Eric Foster (Angus Castle-Doughty).

After Lizzie falls victim to the misogynistic Eric, she gets taken to hospital after losing consciousness and Lily has revealed there will be long-lasting effects on her character.Speaking at the Inside Soap Awards on Monday (October 17) evening, the actress told Daily Star: "I think that Hollyoaks did it so well to show that it can happen to anyone.READ MORE: Hollyoaks spoilers: Tony affair riddle, Martine bombshell and love triangle twist"She wasn’t drunk, she was at work.

She was surrounded by friends and family. She does get back to it but it stays with her after."The soap star has been playing the Chen-Williams family member for nearly a year on the Channel 4 soap and also spoke about what her dream storyline would be."I keep being like I want a baby!," Lily exclaimed before adding: "But I’ve always wanted to be a landlady of some kind and run a pub.
