And she has been counting down the days ever since - revealing on Instagram this afternoon that she was ready to shoot. The blonde beauty posed with a director's clapperboard for the social media post, beaming with joy while on location.
Holly was dressed in a pretty floral pink dress, and had her short hair styled into its usual casual waves. She captioned the post: "Today is the day… @officialmidsomer … excitement levels off the chart!" The star has not given any.
