She wore strappy heels and carried a small pink bag on her way into the eatery, and completed her look with her hair pulled back into a tight bun.
Last month Helen revealed she had been hospitalised with severe morning sickness and thanked nurses for looking after her. The Corrie star is pregnant with her third child with footballer fiance Scott Sinclair.
Posting a photo of their adorable daughter Matilda, five, with a get well card, along another snap of herself in a hospital bed, Helen revealed she had been suffering with hyperemesis gravidarum.
