Hearts and Partick Thistle court date revealed as clubs set for war with SPFL

Partick Thistle 's legal challenge against the SPFL has entered a third day. The two clubs are bidding to overturn the decision to relegate them following the controversial vote to call the campaign back in April.

The decision means that each of the SPFL’s four divisions now has a proposed starting date to work towards, with the Premiership due to begin on August 1 and the other three tiers set to return to action on October 17. The Crown Prosecutor Service has cleared itself of any wrongdoing while pressing ahead with charging Caroline Flack with assault by beating.The CPS announced on Tuesday 4 March that it would be launching a review into the way it handled the case.
