The 31-year-old actress - who shares a daughter with boxer Wladimir Klitschko - was granted a restraining order just after Brian faced an eight-count complaint.
The complaint includes several felony offenses. Brave Hayden took to Instagram on Friday as she opened up to fans about her allegedly abusive relationship with Brian.
