Haunting tales of military ghosts still roaming battlefields around the world

As we revealed yesterday, tourists have reported seeing silent planes flying over Derwent Reservoir where Lancaster bombers trained to blow up German dams during World War Two.

Since then there have been reports of strange happenings in the area.One sailor is said to haunt the deck of the ship at low tide, spreading sadness and fear into the visitors to the memorial which marks the site of the watery grave.
