HARRISON Ford may need surgery after injuring his shoulder on the set of the latest Indiana Jones blockbuster. Film bosses fear the Hollywood star could be out of action for over a month after hurting it in a choreographed fight scene.
The major setback is set to throw filming of the fifth and final instalment - and 78-year-old Ford's last - into chaos. A source said: "He was filming an action scene on a train within Pinewood Studios in Buckinghamshire when he felt it go. "He aggravated an old injury but it's bad enough for him to require surgery to put it right. "The crew have been warned that there could be a four to five week break in filming at the very least. "It's not known yet if he will fly back to the US for surgery.
