Christopher Landon, the director of the Happy Death Day movies, is opening up about being diagnosed with kidney cancer.
The 46-year-old filmmaker says he was rushed into emergency surgery about a week ago to have part of his kidney removed. Chris says the cancer was thankfully caught early before it spread and he’s urging fans to watch their bodies, get physicals, and get testing.
