The International Football Association Board has announced that accidental handballs leading to a team-mate scoring or having a goal-scoring opportunity will no longer be considered an offence.Lemina was penalised last night after the ball struck his hand, shortly before Fulham team-mate Josh Maja put the ball beyond Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris.
