A hair salon owner who repeatedly opened during the current lockdown has been ordered to shut - but only until Wednesday. Sinead Quinn, owner of Quinn Blakey Hairdressing in Oakenshaw, near Bradford, was ordered to close until just after midnight on Wednesday following a closure application heard at Bradford Magistrates' Court on Monday - which she didn't attend.
The Kirklees council had received numerous complaints regarding the business as it was observed staying open on six days despite the current lockdown prohibiting barbers and hairdressers from opening until Wednesday, the court heard.
