A vet has issued an urgent warning to dog owners after making a horrifying discovery while treating a border collie. The family pet was rushed in for treatment after seeming "upset" and unable to eat after a trip to the park.
Two-year-old Dash was seen by Animal Referral Hospital in Sydney, Australia, who diagnosed pain around his mouth and neck. X-rays would soon reveal the grisly cause of the pain was a long stick, which had become completely wedged inside pooch's throat, narrowly missing his lungs.
