metro.co.ukGrimes has revealed she’s changed the name of her son with Elon Musk, after initially raising eyebrows with the intriguing moniker of X Æ A-12 after welcoming her baby earlier this month.
Due to Californian law, you can’t register a name that contains numbers, so to circumvent that little issue, it appears they’ve switched out the numbers for Roman numerals.
Smart, that. Addressing fans on her Instagram on Sunday night, Grimes, 32 – real name Claire Boucher – replied to one follower who asked: ‘Did you change the baby name because of Californian laws ?
What is the baby’s new name?’ She wrote underneath: ‘X Æ A-Xii’. Grimes wasn’t done dropping some intel into the new baby’s name – which is thought to be pronounced something along the lines
