The heartbroken parents of a teenager who died while on holiday in Magaluf are demanding for more support for bereaved families following their 'traumatic' experience.

Thomas Channon, 18, was at a Majorca resort with friends celebrating his A-levels when he died after falling seven floors over a two-foot-wall, Wales Online reports.

Appearing on BBC Wales Radio yesterday (November 30), his parents Ceri and John described the support they received over the 2018 tragedy as "an absolute nightmare".
