GREGG Wallace looked worlds away from Masterchef as he flexed his muscles for an eye-popping bodybuilding video. The 57-year-old presenter has lost an incredible four-and-a-half stone over the last couple of years.
But not only has Gregg dropped the pounds, he's also got ripped thanks to an intense exercise regime, which he has now shared with Men's Health.
Joined by his personal trainer Danny Rai, Gregg performed a workout for a new video on the publication's website and YouTube channel which detailed exactly how he has transformed his physique.
