Susanna Reid

Susanna Victoria Reid (born 10 December 1970) is an English television presenter and journalist. Reid was a co-presenter of BBC Breakfast from 2003 until 2014, along with Bill Turnbull and Charlie Stayt.

She has been a co-anchor of Good Morning Britain since 2014, and currently presents the programme alongside Piers Morgan and Ben Shephard.

She finished as a runner-up on the eleventh series of Strictly Come Dancing in 2013. She also presented Sunday Morning Live on BBC and Save Money: Good Food on ITV.

Ranvir Singh has reportedly quit her role on Good Morning Britain and ITV bosses are fighting to keep her on.Ranvir, 44, works as Political Editor and newsreader on the popular ITV show, but insiders claim she handed in her notice at the end of last year as she's looking for a bigger role on GMB.The sources also suggested she was sick of the cold mornings which had her standing on the doorstep of Number 10 as she covered political stories.Ranvir often fills in for regular host Susanna Reid when she is unable to present, such as this week when she covered for Susanna during half term.However, she apparently wants a more substantial role on GMB, and show bosses are determined to keep her on board.A source told The Sun: "Ranvir is ready for a new challenge at Good Morning Britain and she wants a bigger role within the team."She quietly stepped down as the political editor of the show in anticipation of having a more substantial part to play."Ranvir covers for Susanna Reid when she is away and this week has stepped into her shoes during half term.

But she wants more and the bosses at GMB are clamouring to give it to her."She is a hugely popular member of GMB and keeping Ranvir on board is something everyone wants.The source went on to say that Ranvir is a "real talent" who also works on ITV shows like Loose Women, and is launching a new ITV gameshow this year called Riddiculous.The insider finished by saying that if bosses want to keep Ranvir, the job and pay will have to suit her.Ranvir joined GMB in 2014 whilst Susanna and Piers were still at the helm of the show, and she became a Features correspondent.The journalist took on the role of Political Editor three years later, and started to present on camera.She also starred.
