Good Morning Britain’s viewership has dropped by more than one million after Piers Morgan’s exit. The former host dramatically exited the morning show last month following a row about Meghan Markle and Prince Harry.
Since then, the ITV show ratings dropped to 0.86 million viewers during the last five minutes of the show. Yesterday’s episode was presented by Adil Ray and Kate Garraway.
BBC Breakfast, its long-time rival, has succeeded in gaining viewers and managed more than two million on Bank Holiday Monday whereas GMB hit a whopping 1.89 million viewers the day Piers walked off set after a stinging row with Alex Beresford over Meghan Markle.
