The outspoken presenter was unable to hide his anger after Bailey danced around the direct issue of Cummings' 250 mile trip from London to Durham on the ITV show.
After pushing for a line on Cummings and getting nowhere, Piers hit out: "I'm sorry but if you want to be Mayor of London you do need to make judgement calls.
