The 39-year-old star told viewers how four-year-old Charlotte had bravely defied all odds as she enjoyed her first day yesterday - having been born extremely prematurely.
Charlotte was just 2lb 8oz when she was born at 27 weeks in July 2017. Speaking to Sean Fletcher before she delivered the weather on Good Morning Britain, the proud mum couldn't resist sharing a photo of her little girl in her primary school uniform.
She gushed: "I think it's a little more special than most people starting school, viewers are aware that she was born really prematurely.
