Steven Gerrard

Steven George Gerrard MBE (born 30 May 1980) is an English professional football manager and former player who manages Scottish Premiership club Rangers.

He spent the majority of his playing career as a central midfielder for Liverpool, with most of that time spent as club captain, as well as captaining the England national team. Widely regarded as one of the greatest midfielders of all time,

Gerrard was awarded the UEFA Club Footballer of the Year award in 2005, and the Ballon d'Or Bronze Award. In 2009, Zinedine Zidane and Pelé said that they considered Gerrard to be the best footballer in the world.

Glen Kamara is reportedly a target for Watford as they look to strengthen for their Premier League return. The Finland international joined the Ibrox club from Dundee for a bargain fee in 2019 and has become a key part of Steven Gerrard's side.

Kamara has been earning rave reviews for his performances at Euro 2020, with the 25-year-old starring against Finland and Russia.

According to the Daily Mail he has been "discussed extensively" by the Hornets, who have been promoted back to the Premier League.

It's clear that Rangers would be reluctant to sell one of their key men but the Premiership champions are pursuing a player trading model as they look to get the club back on a sound financial footing.
