The first mistake saw the No.1 scuff a clearance, allowing Ilkay Gundogan to restore the visitors' lead. For the second, Alisson passed the ball straight to Bernardo Silva, presenting him with the simplest of crosses to find Raheem Sterling, who made it 3-1.
Phil Foden added a fourth to pile more misery on the Brazilian, who is usually one of the most dependable goalkeepers in the Premier League.
