Intimate details of Prince Andrew's pal Ghislaine Maxwell’s sex life are to be made public after the British socialite lost her legal battle to keep them secret.
A three-judge panel in New York on Monday issued their ruling denying the 58-year-old’s attempt to keep her seven-hour, 418-page deposition sealed. “We cannot conclude that the District Court abused its discretion in ordering the unsealing of the deposition materials,” the panel wrote.
It is not known when the documents will be released. Maxwell’s testimony was given in April 2016 in a now-settled civil defamation lawsuit filed against her by the Duke of York's sex accuser Virginia Giuffre.
