GEORDIE Shore's Bethan Kershaw broke down in tears as she filmed herself "having a break down" before announcing time away from Instagram.

The 26-year-old star said that she was struggling to cope and had no choice but to "let people down" after a difficult Mental Health Awareness Week.

Bethan was in obvious distress as she filmed herself wearing just a towel on her Instagram Story - make-up free, and with her blonde hair tied back.

She explained she was due to work in just four minutes, before screaming into pillows and admitting she's "overwhelmed". The TV favourite told followers: "I am going to have a break down.
