Gennadiy Golovkin has left the door open for a potential trilogy bout with Canelo Alvarez, following the Mexican fighter's move to cruiserweight level.
The pair first clashed at middleweight level in 2017, with the first fight ending in a draw before Canelo won the rematch via a majority decision.
Golovkin's results against Canelo are the only blemishes on his record and he is still adamant that he should have been named victor in the first meeting.
