ARCTIC Monkeys fans faced a nail-biting scramble for tickets to the band's UK comeback tour this morning. There were complaints of long queues and website crashes as thousands of fans frantically clicked to secure their place on the stadium run - the band's first tour since 2018.
Others were unimpressed by the hefty £80 price tag, which included booking fees, but bit the bullet in order to see their favourite band.
One fan wrote on Twitter: "ArcticMonkeys presale is a joke. It still baffles me that these ticket sites can’t handle the amount of traffic." Another posted: "This Arctic Monkeys pre-sale is a farce." A third said: "Is there an issue with presale tickets?
